Paul Hastings is noted for closing over 300 debt financing and preferred equity transactions with an aggregate financing quantum of over $130 billion in the last year, with deal sizes ranging from $10 million to more than $5 billion. The firm’s deals included the financing of Thoma Bravo’s $8 billion acquisition of Coupa Software and the sale of Verisk’s Wood Mackenzie energy business to Veritas Capital for $3.1 billion.
