Dana Kromm is a partner in the Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions practices at Paul Hastings.
Dana has over 25 years of experience representing private equity funds and corporate clients in public and private mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, complex carve-out acquisitions, minority investments and corporate partnering transactions. She frequently represents clients in transactions with significant cross-border elements. Her experience has spanned industries, but she has a particular emphasis on the technology, life sciences and fintech sectors.
