Partner, Financial Restructuring
Isaac Sasson is a partner in Paul Hastings' Financial Restructuring practice, based in the firm's New York office. He advises creditors, ad hoc groups, private credit funds, official committees of unsecured creditors, private equity funds and private companies across complex liability management transactions and in-court and out-of-court restructurings.
Isaac's practice is as much commercial as it is legal. He works with clients across the full arc of a restructuring and liability management exercise — from ad hoc group organization, negotiation strategy, getting to yes, documentation and litigation when it comes to that — with a particular focus on navigating competing interests and building consensus.
