Tim Kopcial is of counsel in the Structured Credit practice at Paul Hastings, based in the firm’s San Francisco office. His practice focuses on capital markets, structured finance and asset-backed lending transactions, with a particular emphasis on fintech and specialty finance platforms.
Tim represents fintech companies, private credit funds, banks and other financial institutions in a broad range of financing transactions, including warehouse credit facilities, asset-backed financings, forward flow arrangements and other structured credit transactions secured by consumer, small business and specialty finance assets. His practice includes advising on cross-border financing transactions and supporting digital lending platforms operating in emerging markets.
