Abby Shamray is an associate in the Corporate Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. She is a member of the Bank Regulatory practice, advising banks, nonbank financial institutions and financial technology companies on a wide range of federal and state banking law and regulation. Her practice includes advising clients on regulatory examinations and enforcement matters, licensing, transactions and corporate governance.
