Overview
Bernard Lung is a partner in the Global Finance practice at the Paul Hastings London office. He has advised banks, credit funds, other financial institutions, borrowers and issuers on a wide range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including syndicated loans, direct lending, holdco financings, and bank and bond transactions.
Bernard was previously seconded to CVC Credit in its transactions legal team.
