Overview

Brian C. Miner is a New York-based partner in Paul Hastings’ Private Equity practice.

Brian’s practice focuses on advising private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a variety of transactional matters, including leveraged buyouts, equity investments, joint ventures, recapitalizations, add-on acquisitions and exits. His experience spans a wide range of industries, including asset management, insurance, wealth management and other financial services subsectors, life sciences and healthcare, energy and manufacturing.

Brian also has significant experience representing managers and “buy-side” investors in asset manager strategic transactions, including structuring, negotiating and executing minority investments and change of control transactions across a wide range of asset classes and strategies. Brian also advises on succession planning and other upper tier arrangements and strategic matters.
