Carly Zdankowski is an associate in the Structured Credit practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office. Her practice focuses on securitization and structured finance, with an emphasis on structured credit products and collateralized loan obligation transactions.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Carly represented major commercial and investment banks, asset managers, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers in connection with leveraged financings, various types of secured and unsecured credit facilities and other debt financing transactions.
