Cedric Yu is a China associate in the Corporate Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Beijing office. His practice focuses on initial public offerings and transactions related to the Hong Kong capital market, as well as providing post-IPO compliance services.
Cedric passed the bar examination in China in 2023 but does not hold a current practicing certificate in China. Cedric is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
