Overview
Chloe Kite is a partner in the Intellectual Property practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s London office.
Chloe advises large international corporates, private equity firms and leading brands on a broad range of privacy, technology and intellectual property matters. She has extensive experience advising on data protection issues across the full lifecycle and helping clients navigate the business implications of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence.
Her experience includes advising on cutting-edge AI deployment in pharmaceutical R&D and drug development, algorithmic decision-making in recruitment and credit assessment, robotics, and cybersecurity risks, including ransomware incidents, across multiple jurisdictions.
Chloe also advises on the intellectual property, technology and data protection aspects of complex domestic and cross-border transactions, including disposals, private M&A and investments.
