Overview

Dan Kadish is a member of the firm's Office of the General Counsel. In this capacity, Dan provides a broad range of employment advice to the firm and its worldwide team of lawyers and Talent Management professionals on all matters relating to employment practices.

Dan previously was of counsel in the New York office of a leading global law firm. His previous work included serving as the primary employment counsel for dozens of organizations, leading efforts on New York employment law compliance, supporting organizations in adapting to the COVID-19 pandemic, implementing mitigation and return to work efforts and partnering with organizations as a subject matter expert on employment policies, performance management, wage and hour compliance, compensation planning, restrictive covenants analysis and enforcement, internal investigations, hiring and separations, leaves of absence, accommodation requests, remote work, and implementation of new workplace technologies.

Dan also previously was a lead member of the litigation team on single plaintiff, multi-plaintiff, and class and collective action proceedings and managed those matters from inception through resolution.

Dan has contributed to or been quoted in publications by ABA Journal, Associated Press, Bloomberg Law, Corporate Counsel, Crain's New York Business, Forbes, HR Magazine, International Emokayployment Lawyer, Law360, SHRM and The Washington Post.

Before attending law school, Dan worked as a Teach for America Corps Member in the Newark Public School system for three years.
