Eric Gold is an associate in the Entertainment and Media practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Century City office. He represents domestic and international film and television production companies, distributors, talent, investors, and financial institutions in complex development, production, distribution and financing transactions for television, motion pictures and new media, as well as entertainment content licensing and talent deals. Mr. Gold also has experience representing financial institutions and large corporate borrowers in connection with leveraged finance transactions, including acquisition financings, senior and subordinated, secured and unsecured credit facilities and other lending transactions.
