Faridat Arogundade is an associate in the Global Finance practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office.

Faridat advises investment and commercial banks, direct lenders and other financial institutions in a variety of financing transactions, including acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, direct and syndicated lending, first lien and second lien credit facilities, refinancing and recapitalization facilities, cross-border and domestic financings, take-private transactions, and middle market and large cap financings. Faridat also has experience representing clients on opportunistic and hybrid credit transactions.
