Gabriel Khoury focuses on regulatory compliance and disputes, with a particular emphasis on fintech, digital assets and blockchain. He works with crypto and fintech companies to help them navigate complex U.S. and international regulations, from SEC and state requirements to emerging global standards. He also advises clients on the regulatory challenges that come with AI-driven financial products and new digital-asset business models. Gabe’s experience in the Middle East also plays a key role in his work with multinational clients. Fluent in Arabic and familiar with the region’s business and cultural landscape, he helps companies manage cross-border compliance risks and handle sensitive regulatory issues involving international authorities.

While in law school, Gabe served as an editor for the Georgetown Technology Law Review and worked in the Communications & Technology Law Clinic. He gained hands-on experience with crypto-related enforcement and policy issues during his internship with the SEC’s Crypto Assets and Cyber Unit, and he further expanded his regulatory background through work with the FCC’s Enforcement Bureau. Before attending law school, Gabe held several compliance-focused roles in the private sector.
