Jace M. Zett is an associate in the Global Finance practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Dallas office. His practice focuses on representing commercial banks, direct lenders and other financial institutions in various lending transactions.

Before joining Paul Hastings, Jace served as investment banking counsel at a well-regarded, full-service bank and as assistant corporate secretary to said bank’s ETF and funds management business. Jace received his law degree from SMU Dedman School of Law in 2024, where he was a member of the SMU Law Review, and his undergraduate degree from the University of North Texas. Jace is admitted to practice law in Texas.
