Jacqueline Diggs is an associate in the Corporate Department and is based in the firm’s Century City office. Her practice focuses on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.

Jacqueline received her J.D./M.B.A. from the University of Michigan in 2025, where she served as an executive online editor on the Michigan Law Review. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Barnard College in 2018. Jacqueline is admitted to practice law in California.
