Overview

Jade Williams-Adedeji is a multi-award-winning partner in the Real Estate practice of Paul Hastings, based in London.

She advises clients on the full cycle of real estate ownership and investment and has wide-ranging experience of both debt and equity investments, as well as direct asset acquisition and disposal. Jade regularly represents REITs, private equity and investment funds, corporates and strategic investors across a wealth of asset classes in both equity and asset investment, occupational matters, asset operation, development and distressed investments. Jade’s practice also covers structured real estate income, restructuring and portfolio servicing.

Jade’s experience includes advising clients on real estate and infrastructure assets, including senior housing, healthcare and social infrastructure, data centers, retail, hospitality, PBSA, sports stadia, logistics, offices and renewable energy.

Jade is recognised by Legal 500 UK as a Next Generation Partner for Commercial Property: Investment (2022-26) and recommended for Property Finance (2024). Jade was named by Women in Business Law EMEA Awards as Real Estate Lawyer of the Year in 2022 and 2023. She was shortlisted by Women, Influence & Power in Law Awards as a finalist for Mentor of the Year (2022) and by Inspirational Women in Law Awards as a finalist for Mentor of the Year (2021).   • Worked on projects for an Emerging Enterprises Pro Bono Program that involved providing pro bono legal support to eligible small and midsized for-profit enterprises and market-focused NGOs and nonprofits that have a clear social impact in developing countries across Africa, Asia, Central and South America, and the Caribbean.
