Overview
Jean Park is a New York- and Silicon Valley-based partner in Paul Hastings’ Securities & Capital Markets practice. She represents public and private companies, investment banks and investors in a broad range of capital markets and corporate transactions. Her experience includes advising on initial public offerings (IPOs) and other equity, equity-linked and debt offerings; private investment in public equity (PIPE) transactions; tender offers; private financings; and mergers and acquisition transactions.
Jean counsels both late-stage private companies and public companies on corporate and securities matters, with a particular focus on innovative companies within the technology and healthcare industries. Her experience includes advising on IPOs and listing transactions for ADT, Braze, CarLotz, Ethos Technologies, Frequency, InnovAge, Navan, Nuvalent, Repay Holdings, Sotera Health, Square, Veracyte, Wise, Zai Lab and others, as well as other equity, equity-linked or debt financings for Agilent, Broadcom, BRP, Cimpress, Cinemark, CommScope, Despegar.com, Digital Ocean, Hovanian Enterprises, Larimar, Michael Kors, Microchip, Micron Technology, Motorola Solutions, NewAmsterdam Pharma, NN, OraSure, Oscar Health, Plug Power, Qualcomm, Sotera Health, Structure Therapeutics, Tesla, U.S. Steel, Verisign and others.
In addition, Jean has advised on general corporate and securities matters of public companies such Definitive Healthcare, Ethos Technologies, Sunrun, Wise and others, as well as private companies such as Attentive Mobile, Contentsquare, Leap Health, Noom, Spring Health and others.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Jean was a partner in the Capital Markets practice at an international law firm. She also previously served as a partner and head of the Emerging Growth Companies practice at another leading global law firm.
