Overview

Jennifer Ybarra Taylor is of counsel in the Securities & Capital Markets practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Dallas office. She advises companies and financial institutions across a broad range of capital markets transactions and corporate governance matters, including public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, disclosure obligations and other governance, compliance and public company advisory matters.

Jennifer regularly works with clients on initial public offerings and other equity offerings, high-yield, investment-grade and convertible debt offerings, tender offers, exchange offers, spin-offs and other capital markets transactions and public company mergers and acquisitions, including de-SPAC transactions. She also advises companies on corporate governance issues and compliance with reporting obligations under U.S. federal securities laws and stock exchange rules. Her practice spans a variety of industries, including REITs and real estate, construction, restaurant, manufacturing, energy, retail, technology and financial services.
