
Overview
Jesse L. Schley is an associate in the Antitrust and Competition practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. He advises clients on a wide range of antitrust matters, including representing them before the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission. Jesse also has advised clients with respect to European antitrust regulators, such as the European Commission and the United Kingdom’s Competition and Markets Authority.
Jesse received his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania, cum laude, in 2022, where he served as an executive editor for the Journal of Constitutional Law. He received a Master of Arts in Classical Art & Archaeology from Kings College, London in 2017 and a Bachelor of Arts in Classical Civilization, with minors in Philosophy and Religion, from Trinity College (Hartford, CT) in 2014. Jesse is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia.
