
Overview
Jill Rogowski is an associate in the Litigation Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. She brings six years of experience as a federal prosecutor to assisting clients with antitrust and competition issues, including cartel defense, criminal investigations and litigation.
Jill previously served as counsel to the director of criminal enforcement, counsel to the assistant attorney general and trial attorney in the Washington Criminal Section of the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division. She investigated and prosecuted domestic and international antitrust and fraud violations, including bid rigging, price fixing, market allocation and procurement fraud. She was a member of a multi-month, 10-defendant trial team and led domestic and international investigations. Prior to law school, she served as a paralegal in a civil section of the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division. During her tenure in government, she received five Antitrust Division Assistant Attorney General Awards of Distinction.

Representations
- Served as DOJ trial counsel in two multi-month, 10-defendant antitrust trials in the District of Colorado.
- Led a DOJ investigation into bid rigging and fraud affecting public schools resulting in one corporate guilty plea and seven individual guilty pleas in the Eastern District of Louisiana, Northern District of Mississippi and Southern District of Mississippi.
- Led a DOJ team that prosecuted two company owners for antitrust crimes and government procurement fraud affecting the U.S. military in the Eastern District of Texas.
