Overview
José Rodrigues is a partner in the Private Equity and Real Estate practices of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s London office.
He advises on M&A, private equity and corporate matters. He regularly works with private equity sponsors, REITs, big corporates, pension funds and family offices in a broad array of transactions, including private company M&A, complex joint ventures, growth equity investments, the acquisition of distressed companies and businesses, and other corporate matters.
José’s practice covers different sectors, and he has particular experience advising on corporate real estate and infrastructure transactions, including healthcare real estate assets, data centers, telecommunications towers, hotels, offices, student accommodation, renewable energies, logistics and fibre. He also has experience advising on transactions in the life sciences, technology, gaming and other sectors.
José’s work is both domestic and cross-border. He has advised on transactions in the UK, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, the CIS and Latin America.
José was seconded for one year to a major private equity sponsor.
