Julie Choe is an associate in the Fund Finance practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office. Her practice focuses on the representation of major financial institutions and private equity sponsors in a wide range of fund finance transactions. 

Julie's practice includes fund finance matters such as subscription credit facilities, hybrid facilities and NAV-based financings, as well as broader credit facility experience spanning cross-border and syndicated transactions and leveraged acquisition financings. 

She has been published in International Financial Law Review (IFLR) on developments in the fund finance market.
