Kirsten received her law degree from UCLA School of Law in 2025, previously earning a Master of Business Administration as well as a Master of Sport Administration from Ohio University in 2013. Her undergraduate degree is in Psychology, with a minor in French, from Wilfrid Laurier University in Ontario, Canada. Prior to law school, Kirsten worked in the NFL for ten years as a Salary Cap Analyst and Manager of Football Administration for the Jacksonville Jaguars ('13-'17) and Atlanta Falcons ('18-'23). Her expertise in these areas relate to salary cap accounting and player contract analysis.
