Lucas Kressel is an associate in the Litigation Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Dallas office. His practice focuses on complex patent litigation primarily in the pharmaceutical, chemistry and biotechnology fields.

Lucas received his law degree from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago, cum laude, where he served as a staff member of the John Marshall Review of Intellectual Property Law (RIPL). He earned a B.S. degree in Biology and Zoology from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 2008.
