Overview

Luke Dixon is of counsel in the Corporate Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the New York office. Luke has a broad-based transactional practice with a focus on representing financial institutions and private equity funds and their portfolio companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, early and late-stage private equity investments, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, restructurings and other complex transactions.

Luke's practice spans a variety of sectors, ranging from technology and fintech to healthcare and retail.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Luke was a vice president within the Legal Department of Goldman Sachs. He focused on private equity transactions, including growth equity and strategic investments, as well as other principal investments made by Goldman Sachs Asset Management Division. Further, Luke also served as the deputy U.S. general counsel at the private investment firm Ardian.
