Max Offsay is an associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Century City office. He advises public and private companies, private equity and venture capital firms, entertainers, and celebrities in a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures, minority investments, and public and private capital raising transactions. His practice additionally focuses on entertainment content licensing, talent deals, and general corporate counseling.
