Overview

Nicole Dlug is an associate in the Litigation Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. Nicole's practice focuses on complex litigation with an emphasis on intellectual property matters in the fields of pharmaceuticals and biotechnology.

Nicole received her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2023, with concentrations in Health Law and Intellectual Property. While in law school, Nicole served as an Associate Editor for the Seton Hall Legislative Journal. She also served as the vice president of the Intellectual Property Law Association, treasurer of the Student Veterans Association, and communications chair of the Blockchain Law Society. Nicole earned a B.S. in Nursing from SUNY Downstate Medical Center and B.A.s in Biology and Theatre-Dance from Binghamton University. Nicole is a licensed registered nurse in the state of New York and practiced prior to joining the firm, focusing on pulmonary and critical care conditions.

Nicole is admitted to the State Bar in New York.
