Overview
Paul Stanistreet is a solicitor in the Real Estate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s London office.
He has experience with a range of transactions across the full cycle of real estate ownership and investment, development and financing, including acting for private equity, sovereign wealth and investment funds, developers, landlords and tenants, and borrowers and lenders. His experience covers a range of asset classes, including hotels and leisure, student accommodation, senior living, data centres, railway infrastructure, distressed property loans, logistics, offices, shopping centres, sports stadia and mixed-use developments.
Paul has also previously worked in the real estate teams at Microsoft and PwC Legal.
