Scarlett (Shanqing) Zhou is an associate in the Structured Credit practice and is based in the firm's New York office. Her practice focuses on securitization and structured finance, with an emphasis on collateralized loan obligation transactions.

Scarlett received her Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School, where she served as a research assistant in the Gender Justice Clinic and as a student attorney in the LGBT Practicum. She earned her Bachelor of Arts (Honours with Distinction) in Mathematics and Philosophy from Queen’s University in 2020. Scarlett is admitted to practice law in New York.
