Stephen Kruse is an associate in the Litigation practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. His practice focuses on life sciences and intellectual property litigation. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Stephen was an associate at an intellectual property boutique law firm.

Stephen received his J.D. from Boston College Law School in 2022, where he served as an Articles Editor for the Intellectual Property and Technology Forum Journal. He also participated in school clinics that helped disadvantaged entrepreneurs establish business entities and intellectual property protections. Prior to law school, Stephen earned a B.S.E. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Iowa. He is admitted to practice in New York and Florida.
