Victoria Grace-Hunt is an associate in the firm’s Asset-Backed Finance practice and is based in the firm's Chicago office. She advises issuers, borrowers, lenders, asset managers, investment funds and banks in the acquisition, sale and securitization of a variety of asset classes, including unsecured personal loans, student loans, auto loans and credit card receivables. Her practice routinely involves warehouse credit facilities, forward flow purchase and capital markets (144A/Reg S) and private (4(a)(2)) offerings of asset-backed securities.
