Yoon Cho is an associate in the Employment Law practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Yoon has represented employers in all aspects of employment law in single-plaintiff and class action matters, including wage-and-hour, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, harassment and trade secret matters.

Yoon earned her J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law in 2025. During law school, she worked as a student attorney ad litem with the Children’s Rights Clinic and was a member of the Actual Innocence Clinic. She earned her B.A. in Economics magna cum laude with a minor in Business Finance from the University of Southern California in 2021. Yoon is admitted to practice in California.
