Amir Jabbari is an associate in the Intellectual Property practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Palo Alto office. Mr. Jabbari focuses his practice on intellectual property and technology matters with an emphasis on patent litigation.
Mr. Jabbari received his law degree and a High Tech Law Certificate with honors from the Santa Clara University School of Law in 2021, where he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Santa Clara High Tech Law Journal. During law school, Mr. Jabbari served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Beth Labson Freeman in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. Mr. Jabbari earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from San Jose State University in 2017. Mr. Jabbari is admitted to practice law in California.
