
Overview
Anna Nolan is an associate in the Restructuring and Finance practice at Paul Hastings, based in the firm's London office. Ms. Nolan has broad experience advising on financial and corporate restructurings (contentious and non-contentious matters) and insolvency matters including transactions with a real estate asset focus. She acts for a wide range of stakeholders who are often involved in complex transactions with a cross-border element.
Before joining Paul Hastings, she was an associate at another leading U.S. law firm.
