Overview

Brittany Lischinsky Burke is of counsel in the Antitrust and Competition practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. She advises clients on a wide range of antitrust matters, including representing them before the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission and state attorneys general. Brittany’s broad industry experience encompasses healthcare, defense, medical devices, logistics software, industrial goods, consumer goods and food products, fintech, entertainment and education technology.

Brittany also advises clients on other antirust matters relating to trade associations, product pricing and antitrust compliance programs.
