Charlie Bower is an associate in the Global Finance practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office.

Charlie has experience representing leading institutional investors, commercial banks and other financial institutions as arrangers, lenders and underwriters across a broad range of transactions, including debt offerings, high yield bond offerings, bank financings and syndicated institutional loans in connection with acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, spin-off transactions, loan commitments and other financing transactions. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Charlie practiced as a finance associate at another international law firm.
