Cole Rushworth is an associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Century City office. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and entertainment and media.

Mr. Rushworth has represented public and private companies and private equity firms in a variety of corporate transactions including mergers, stock and asset acquisitions, and private capital raising transactions. He also advises individuals on various entertainment and media related matters.

Mr. Rushworth received his law degree from Emory University School of Law in 2021, graduating with honors. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing, with a certificate in Music Business, from the University of Georgia in 2017. Mr. Rushworth is admitted to practice law in the state of California.
