Cynthia (Cindy) Resnick is Of Counsel in the Real Estate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in Washington, D.C. Ms. Resnick’s practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions for major institutions, developers, private equity funds, servicers and other real estate owners and investors, including acquisitions and dispositions, joint venture agreements, ground leases, leases, financings, workouts and deeds in lieu of foreclosure, across all types of real estate assets.
