Overview

David Lam is an associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the Hong Kong office.

David's practice focuses on advising Hong Kong Stock Exchange-listed issuers, controlling shareholders and investors on post-IPO compliance and regulatory matters. He regularly advises listed issuers on capital market transactions, spin-offs, corporate governance, regulatory investigations and other general corporate matters. He is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, David worked in the Corporate Finance Division of the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) of Hong Kong and practiced with another international law firm. He is also a CFA charterholder.
