Overview

Davis Woodruff is an associate in the Employment Law Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. His practice encompasses all aspects of employment litigation, including matters related to discrimination, harassment and retaliation, wages, hours and benefits, covenants not to compete, trade secret protection, and breach of contract. Davis also advises clients on compliance with local, state and federal employment laws, workforce restructuring and alternative dispute resolution. 

Davis received his law degree from New York University School of Law in 2016, where he mediated workplace disputes as a participant in the Mediation Clinic and served as an articles editor of the New York University Law Review. He earned a Master of Science in Education from the City College of New York in 2013 and a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from George Washington University in 2011. Davis is admitted to practice law in New York.
