Emma Fata is an associate in the Investigations and White Collar Defense practice and is based in the Paris office.

Emma focuses her practice on all aspects of white-collar defense and also assists companies in setting up anti-corruption compliance programs. She also advises on, and litigates, cases relating to the duty of vigilance.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, she worked as an associate in the Parisian law firm Antonin Levy & Associés and interned in several law firms in Paris and at the Paris Court of Appeal.
