Emma O’Hanlon is an associate in the Global Finance practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Her practice focuses on commercial and corporate finance transactions.

Ms. O’Hanlon received her law degree from the University of California, Irvine School of Law in 2022. During law school, she served as Notes Editor of the UC Irvine Law Review and as judicial extern to the Honorable Christina A. Snyder of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies with a concentration in Art History from Columbia College in 2017.

Ms. O’Hanlon is admitted to practice in California.
