Overview

Ezra Sutton is an associate in the Financial Restructuring group of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. His practice focuses on restructuring and includes the representation of both debtors and creditors in bankruptcy and out-of-court restructurings.

Mr. Sutton received his law degree from New York University’s School of Law in 2020, where he served as a Staff Editor at the Journal of Law & Liberty and as a Scholar in the Jacobson Leadership Program in Law & Business. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, magna cum laude, at Yeshiva University in 2009. Mr. Sutton is admitted to practice law in New York.
