Ingrid Kao is an associate in the Litigation Department, and is based in the firm’s New York office. Her practice focuses on complex patent litigation in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology fields.

Ms. Kao received her Juris Doctor degree in 2023 from the Queen’s University Faculty of Law in Canada. Prior to law school, she earned a BSc in Molecular Genetics and Human Biology, followed by an MSc in Medical Biophysics from the University of Toronto. She has extensive background and training in the fields of molecular genetics, epigenetics, microbiology, cell biology, biochemistry, physiology, immunotherapy, and oncology.
