Jenni Martines is an associate in the Energy and Infrastructure practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Houston office. Her practice focuses on domestic and cross-border financings for development, construction and operations of energy and infrastructure projects. 

Jenni represents lenders, institutional investors sponsors working and multinational corporate clients on such project financings as well as private placement financings. She has experience with transactions across the United States and involving Latin America and Europe. Her prior experience includes public company representation as well as a broad range of traditional finance transactions. 

Jenni received her law degree from Berkeley Law where she represented clients seeking parole through the Post-Conviction Advocacy Project as well as those seeking relief in post-conviction proceedings of capital cases through the Death Penalty Clinic. She graduated magna cum laude from UC Berkeley with highest honors in her major, Political Science.
