
Overview
Kimberly McKenzie is of counsel in the Securities & Capital Markets practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Chicago office. She concentrates her practice on the representation of issuers and underwriters in a range of capital markets transactions, including at‑the-market offerings, follow-on offerings of debt and equity and initial public offerings. Kim regularly advises public companies and boards on corporate governance, Securities Act and Exchange Act disclosure and compliance matters, listing requirements and strategic transactions.
Kim's primary focus is the real estate industry, particularly public real estate investment trusts (REITs), and their underwriters; however, she also has experience representing clients in a variety of industries, including retail, technology, life sciences and sports and entertainment.
