Kristin Catalano is an associate in the Financial Restructuring group at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. Her practice focuses on the representation of both debtors and creditors in bankruptcy and out-of-court restructurings. Before joining Paul Hastings, Ms. Catalano completed a clerkship in the Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York.

Ms. Catalano received her law degree from St. John’s University School of Law in 2020, where she served as Managing Editor of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review.
