Nina Golshan is an associate in the Financial Restructuring practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Her practice focuses on commercial and corporate finance transactions.

Ms. Golshan received her law degree from the UCLA School of Law in 2021. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from New York University in 2016.
