Paul G. Hawthorne is a Practice Innovation and Knowledge Attorney working with the firm’s Fintech and Restructuring practice areas and is based in the firm’s New York office.

Mr. Hawthorne’s work with the Practice Innovation and Legal Solutions department focuses on optimizing and creating efficient legal processes and workflows, identifying and developing innovative tools and content delivery systems, and leveraging innovative practice technology that ensures practice and client service excellence. Mr. Hawthorne collects, creates, curates, and delivers critical legal content to the attorneys in his practice areas to further their efforts to provide the highest level of substantive legal advice to clients.

Prior to joining the firm’s Practice Innovation and legal Solutions department, Mr. Hawthorne was an Attorney Product Manager for a legal know-how provider, a Founding Member of a boutique corporate transactional law firm, and a Senior Corporate Associate at a national law firm.
